Introductory position responsible for learning best design practices and designing new websites, social ads, branding, collateral, and any other design work for ongoing clients.

• Complete layout designs for new websites and associated layout changes
• Complete tasks as assigned through project management tools
• Create brand standards and collateral for clients
• Learn and use design techniques and design team best practices
• Meet with project managers, content strategist, operations manager, and developers to discuss project requirements
• Create functionality notes and package files for development
• Meet with clients regularly to present designs
• Create shot lists for photo and video department based on website layouts
• Other duties as assigned
